with a featured screening of the award winning
United Nations documentary
Worldwide, more than a billion people live in slums. As many as one million of
them in the Kenyan slum of Kibera. Slum Survivors tells the stories of a few
of them and charts their remarkable courage in the face of extreme poverty.

Join One Child’s Village for their 12th Annual Silent Auction fundraiser and support over 200 orphans at the Kawangware Education Centre in the Kawangware slum of Nairobi, Kenya.
Enjoy an engaging evening of information, stories, incredible silent auction items and the opportunity to meet one on one with volunteers working in the slums of Nairobi. One Child’s Village is a 100% volunteer charitable organisation and all donations are tax deductible.
